Sampling takes 7-10 days for structural samples (white/blank samples that confirm size, material and construction) and 5-7 days for printing/graphic proofs. Before physical sampling we first provide free digital proofs (3D or flat artwork) for your approval, so the final sample reflects exactly what you want. Once approved, we keep the signed sample as the production reference. Final samples with printing and finishing carry a sample fee, fully deducted from your bulk order.

Production lead time is 20-30 days after sample approval for standard orders, counted from when your deposit is received and materials are confirmed. Actual timing depends on material availability, structure complexity, quantity and season. Need it faster? We accept T/T bank transfer, and L/C for larger or repeat orders. Payment terms: 30% deposit to start production, balance 70% payable before shipment (or against copy of shipping documents for repeat clients). We issue a proforma invoice (PI) with all terms before you pay, and support USD, HKD, EUR and other major currencies. For first-time partnerships we can also discuss flexible terms based on order size and history.

Yes, we ship worldwide by sea, air and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS etc.). For regular bulk orders, sea freight with FOB/CIF/EXW options is usually the most economical; we also offer warehousing and cargo consolidation in China to combine small batches and save per-unit shipping cost. Before dispatch you receive a packing list, commercial invoice and tracking number. Delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed with your account manager.

Yes. Eco-friendly options include recycled paper, kraft/art paper, FSC-certified materials, bagasse and other biodegradable options such as PLA coating, plus soy-based inks and water-based varnish.
